"WHO IS JOHN FARNHAM?"
Artwork: "SUNSHINE IS COMING" / Artist: Neville Williams
©️ Arts Law Australia
Shown here is the bridging visual for a retrospective exhibition
of the artist's works now in planning.
For fuller details about this artwork go to:-
The artist is looking for a well presented open light spacious ground level
exhibition area suitable for exhibiting around 35 paintings, designs and sculptural works
preferably on or near the Oxford Street Darlinghurst precinct... at a peppercorn rent.
This retrospective is ideally suited to take place around February 2027 leading into Mardi Gras.
You'd think with the times as tough as they are and all of that empty leasable space
that landlords would make concessions and help give creative people a voice? Let's see!
This Exhibition is ideally intended to be the backdrop to launch* encourage a new vision for Australia.
You've got to reach for the stars to be able to land on the roof.

WE NEED A PLAN
Recently a newspaper letters correspondent was lamenting the narrowing of our ability or “competence” to see or enact a bigger picture outlook. (“Competence-plus” Herald letters April 6, 2026)
How many times does it need to be said….
Where is our plan, our vision, our dreaming forward?
Without the vision to see forward we get lost in our own incompetence.
Why do we make it all so difficult?
Isn’t it just a matter of deciding to do something worthwhile for ourselves and then doing it…competently. (NO band aids)
There’s no simple way out of the hole our world’s humanity has dug for itself except deciding to focus on a positive plan for our future and then actioning it.
One proper step after the other.
Where has our caring commitment to ourselves gone?
Regards, Neville Williams
