🔴 NEW DIRECTION  Ed. No. 5 / ON THE RIGHT TRACK AUSTRALIA

ROSIE BATTY / PIC: ABC

LISTENING TO THOSE WHO KNOW
(ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE)

Emotions are running high over the Domestic Violence besmirching our Australian Society. Just horrible that it can all come to this. ...
Or is it?

In my letter to the Daily Telegraph on the subject of the imbalance of "masculine energy" in our society it was said "The first step of facing up to ourselves that there is a problem is always the most difficult."

Looks like that is starting to happen. That's a huge step.

Rosie Batty - what heart-breaking times she must have gone through.
A person can only have R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
It is the people who have been through these horrible experiences and survived to become the strong constructive individuals that they are who should be listened to about the way to move forward on this delicate and brutal blight.
And we seem to be doing just that.

On the right track Australia!

Individuals such as Rosie make a person feel very small.
What an outstanding example she sets.

Lately it's just been noticeable that we are facing really tough decisions in our world.
The sort of decisions none of us like to make and will put anything in our own way
to postpone or distract us until there is no other alternative.
It is truly painful. Certainly painful to watch.
It's a time for being very kind to ourselves.

It is also a time for us to find the courage within inside ourselves
to take the necessary steps to move ourselves forward.
No one's listening to the excuses for our own shortcomings or inadequacies anymore.
Projecting what we won't or can't deal with inside onto others is a complete indication of weakness of character within the self whomever does the brutalising. - NW
