LOOKING AROUND IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO OBSERVE PEOPLE PUTTING THEMSELVES THROUGH REAL PAIN.

When we arrive on this earth we come as a complete package. There is within us both the light and the dark, the fullness and the emptiness some say the good the bad.
All of us no exceptions.

Whether we like it or not that is how the package of us is delivered and the majority have the free choice in this world to make our own decisions. Sometimes seemingly we make good choices and other times we are completely off the mark.

When using the words good and bad I'm meaning that the bad is the absence of something real.
The good is the fullness of something real.
Then, what's real?

There are many paradoxes in life.
What's good for some is bad for others.
What appears to be one way can completely turn around and be the other.

I've heard it said that we don't need to die to go to heaven or hell both are already here in this life.

If we have leaders or situations in life that we don't like this has only come about because humans have not shared a proper responsibility for ourselves (some more so than others).
Too many bad choices stuffs everything.

The absence or disconnection of ourselves from the light in us forces natures own correction. Despots and charlatans can fill the vacuum and force change but it’s not with the light.
It's with the dark. Much of which with sensibility and wisdom may well have naturally been avoided.  But too muchie we choose to live in fear...or anger, or jealously or greed or any other of those salivatingly juicy fault lines carried by humans. And this all creates situations that we abhor.

I touched on the subject of fear last time here.
Fear is an appropriate force of darkness to focus some light on presently.
There is so much of it around obscured behind masks of all manner. It needs to be unmasked.

We can fear our own failure or the possibilities in any imagined negative becoming reality. We might fear what other people think of us. Then there is fear of what others might do to us, of un-navigated barriers, unreconciled differences all fuelling phobias and neuroses.

Fear of facing ourselves is a big one.
Rather than jettisoning the baggage of our own imagined self and embracing truth in us many hold on with white knuckle fear to what we know rather than have the courage to venture into any unknown territory. And too that caution may well be warranted.
The world is not all a bed of roses.

A really sad duo is the fear of fear itself and the fear of success.
Holding ourselves back must be the saddest of fears.

We humans can twist ourselves into knots over nothing.

I know of a some people who have literally scared themselves to death. Horrible.

Looking at the big picture my standing view is that the light's job is to fill the dark and the dark's job is to extinguish the light. Or is it that the dark is there to encourage us towards the light??? I dunno. But whether we want to face it or not the dark is part of us.

There seems to be a constant battle going on inside humanity and sometimes it bursts through to the surface and manifests in this world then needing to be cleared by some action of truth/clarity.

Somewhere inside though I feel that the overall purpose is to somehow reconcile the whole within each of us individually. Perhaps this view may change with more experience in life but that's how I see it at present. Our self consciousness seems to be something in the middle within us constantly being courted by both the light and the dark.

If we want to anchor in a safe harbour the way to go is to make the choice to embrace the light. Put yourself on a path to come home. And that I have found is easier said than done.
It involves the courage to take a step.

The subject of "coming home" isn't even on the agenda at present for the greater majority. Nowhere near the table. That's how far we've drifted from the reality of understanding what it's all about Alfie.

Our world of the present is a humanity walking around bumping into one another creating a great mess looking for ourselves and only finding shadow.

Find the mirror inside YOU that reflects the light. - Neville ☺︎

EXPOSING THE SHADOW

From: NEVILLE WILLIAMS
Subject: EXPOSING THE SHADOW

To: The Editor THE SYDNEY MORNING HERALD

Dear Editor,

EXPOSING THE SHADOW

Interesting comment by US Secret of State Marco Rubio “not to forget who the real enemy is”.
(“Australia, US clash over Israel sanctions” Herald June 12 Page 1)

Do we need reminding that we all have a shadow?
The real enemy is within. Hatred is something we all to some degree have had some experience.

It does nothing but extinguish anything worthwhile about our humanity and needs to be held to account in the first by its exposure. It destroys any aspect of self worth ultimately in those who carry its banner.

The haters are doing nothing but destroying themselves.

Good that Australia is taking an independent stance, from our “friend” the US, together with other Nations who still value their own hearts.

We need to fuel more consciously creative projects in our world. That can only be done with the heart.❤️

Kind regards, Neville Williams
