You might be surprised to discover how much Artist Andy Warhol's Dollar symbols sell for today.

Andy was a great and prolific artist.

He didn't take himself too seriously and this only adds to his mystic/allure.

Seems like he actually enjoyed what he was born to do. Such a gift.

Here is a contemporary definition of an Economist.

A person whose motivational force is 'a major profit for a minimum effort'.

Some would say this is being smart.

Others would believe this amounts to GREED.

We are all being edged towards being Economists.

GREED is not good.

No matter whether that is with our time, energy, money or resources.

Capitalism is accelerating on its way towards its use by date in history. Those who are making obscene profits will be the loudest to kick and cuss and curse but they will have been the greatest contributors to their own downfall through selfishness.

Coincidental to this commentary the French last week celebrated Bastille Day a pivotal moment in the French Revolution beginning a new era of Liberté, Égalité and Fraternité.

An attitude of "Let them eat cake" does not go down well at anytime but particularly in this current post Covid backwash.

Between 17,000 and 40,000 people lost their heads or were either shot, stabbed or drowned during the French Revolution (1789-1799). This included the aristocracy, the clergy as well as a majorly percentage of ordinary French men and women. Such paranoia that can take hold amongst the haves and the have nots!

Have we learned anything?

How do we humans become so imprisoned in our own immoveable thinking?
