Our expectations only create disappointment.

Most people wouldn’t regard that message as a surprise gift…but it is. 

It is one of life's truths that we all too often sweep under the carpet and forget about.

Having hopes are healthier for our well being than expectations but even hopes can carry baggage. 

It can be debated that much of the unhappiness in today’s world is the result of too muchie of what we expect from life. i.e. What life should be for us. 

Life doesn’t work that way. 

Surprised? 

We could try letting go of our expectations and decide simply to enjoy ourselves! - Neville ☺︎
