🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣⚫️ NEW DIRECTION Ed. No. 195 - CO-OPERATIVELY INDEPENDENT
Give feminine energy a go.
Zali Steggell and Allegra Spender (PIC: ABC)
They're having a go.
That's the Australian thing to do.
It's the human thing to do.
I'm struck recently on how 'live or die' people are becoming about political allegiances. It's almost like their individual identity and self worth is totally tied into these belief systems.
Surely we are more than political beliefs or commitments?
But for some a challenge to their beliefs/ideas is a total affront to their existence.
Loud defensiveness makes people look like two dimensional salespersons or spruikers.
Subtle depth gives people a needed humanity.
And don't we want human beings in charge not robotic political hyperbole charging into the wild blue yonder?
The combined current politico speak and attempting to create a greater humane reality are becoming an improbable fantasy. We're going to have to learn to do it together otherwise our civilisation will slide into redundancy and nature will clean up the spoils.
Dennis Shanahan a journalist with the conservative Australian Newspaper recently expressed his confusion (“Differences aside, let’s have a teal party” The Australian 26 June) over a new political party formed by Zali Steggall and Allegra Spender (wonderfully delicious names - a couple of politically able culinary chefs) who are both Independent Teals. He was confused about independents forming their own party. Isn't it something to celebrate when independent individuals can actually work together? Nothing confusing about that. Independent people working together to move us forward creatively is the way of the future Dennis. That is not what is going on at the present.
People can smell things rotting and that is why there is so much upheaval presently.
The electorate is sick and tired of the standards, behaviours and negativism of the existing political landscape. But is this only the reflection of what is happening to our civilisation in toto?
Is it that we are just tired of the way things are generally?
Have we made ourselves lives that are like repeating groundhog days?
Are people looking for something better all round?
But we should be careful on how we progress that status quo to something that will better serve us as a Nation.
We're either making a contribution or we are not. Humans have got that very confused.
We need an education in what is giving and what is taking. Seriously.
Dennis isn't the only one confused presently. The multiplicity of change confronting us is universal across the globe. It’s all a shock to most of our sensibilities. This uncertainty is helping to make us a not happy Australia or World presently.
Well some clarity just walked in the room. Zali and Allegra have both demonstrated over time that they are intelligent, individual, strong, centred, mature, informed, articulate, grounded, fair and capable participants in the political field.
We need more wholistic feminine energy in positions of authority. The masculine across the planet has had its day in the Sunshine and all that aggressive competitive focus has shown is how to wreck the place. I mean it's all so childish. Kids in fact behave better.
We need more balance please in politics everywhere.

TOO MANY BELIEVE THEY ARE WHO THEY 'THINK' THEY ARE. NOPE, THERE’S MORE TO IT.
Yours and my opinions and allegiances aren't really the be all and end all in the greater scheme of things. That doesn't mean we aren't valued or shouldn't value ourselves. As long as we know we are OK then it really doesn't matter. In fact if we really did understand our value and true importance there wouldn't be all the silliness that is currently in vogue.
I wish the “Z&A Team” well. They are both having a go at doing something creative individually-together. I hope they add some colour and depth to our lives.
Individuals who can work together!
Now that is creative and interesting.
APPEALI'm wondering if anyone knows how I could make contact with Jacinda Ardern?
I know she now lives in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
I’d like to invite her to open my up coming Retrospective art show titled "Sunshine!".
New Zealand’s former Prime Minister always has something worthwhile to say. Her candle is lit. - N.
INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN WORK TOGETHER.NOW THERE'S SOMETHING CREATIVE.

The anti-sentiments expressed in this Tim Minchin song
are what motivated your editor here (and no doubt many more of the staff)
